Cancellation and refund policy
Refunds will be calculated on the basis of the total amount already paid at the time of cancellation. Transaction and payment fees are non-refundable in all cases.
- 100% refund for cancellations more than 100 days before the start of the event (less transaction fees)
- 70 % refund for cancellations 60-100 days before the start of the event
- No refund for cancellations less than 60 days before the start of the event
Participants are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover cancellation, illness and visa refusal.
Bookings can be transferred to another suitable person with prior written consent up to 14 days before the start of the event.
